These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aplado ("aplado," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aplado.org and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the aplado platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aplado platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of aplado constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

To be eligible to open and maintain an aplado account and participate in any gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing aplado from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your location.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or regulatory exclusion issued by PAGCOR or any other competent gaming authority.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information during registration and must not impersonate any other person or entity.
• Employment: You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of aplado, its affiliated companies, licensed game providers, or their immediate family members.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) aplado account. The existence of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide your accurate full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile telephone number, and confirm your date of birth. aplado reserves the right to request additional information at any time to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of aplado's KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include any of the following: PhilSys National ID, Social Security System (SSS) UMID card, Philippine passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, or voter's ID. aplado may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your aplado account. You must notify aplado promptly of any changes to your contact information through the designated account settings or via support. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aplado account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual.

aplado employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, OTP two-factor authentication, and login location monitoring. However, aplado cannot be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or from your use of unsecured devices or networks.

You must notify aplado's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. aplado reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon receiving a credible security concern report, pending investigation.

5.1 Deposits

aplado accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and ShopeePay, subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within the timeframes published in aplado's Help Center, with GCash withdrawals typically completed in under ten (10) minutes during normal operating conditions. aplado reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with AML obligations.

5.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

Deposits made without accepting a bonus offer carry no wagering requirement and are freely withdrawable, subject to standard KYC and security verification. Deposits associated with a bonus offer are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Currency

All aplado transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos. aplado does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside aplado's control and are your responsibility.

All games available on the aplado platform are operated either by aplado directly or under agreements with licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI Technology, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Spadegaming. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness.

The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average payout and does not guarantee any specific result for any individual session or wager. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final once a game round is completed and the result is displayed to the player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, aplado reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets. aplado will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and will communicate with affected players through available channels.

aplado offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, subject to the following general conditions. Specific terms applicable to individual promotions are published alongside each promotion and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• aplado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine risk, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to aplado support. aplado reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, together with any winnings derived therefrom.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aplado platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access aplado if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating multiple aplado accounts, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with aplado games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of aplado games.
• Using the aplado platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using payment instruments that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of any aplado game or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aplado staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

aplado is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. aplado provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at no charge through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you set yourself. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

All content on the aplado platform — including but not limited to the aplado brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, written content, images, game graphics, audio, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of aplado or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aplado platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any aplado content.

Any unauthorised use of aplado's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aplado's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the aplado platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their aplado account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aplado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the aplado platform;
• Any technical malfunction, system interruption, or data loss;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager;
• Any reliance on information provided on the aplado platform;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures beyond aplado's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits aplado's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

aplado reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Non-compliance with PAGCOR regulations or a direction from a competent regulatory authority;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information;
• Abuse of promotional offers or any system exploitation activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• A valid and verified self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. aplado is not obligated to provide detailed reasoning for account closures initiated on security or fraud grounds pending the conclusion of any investigation.

aplado is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the aplado platform, you must follow the process set out below:

1. Internal Resolution (First Step): Submit your complaint to aplado's customer support team via live chat or by email to the address published in the Contact section of this page. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. aplado will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and will endeavour to resolve it within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with aplado's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to aplado's Compliance department by requesting escalation in writing through the support channel. The Compliance department will conduct an independent internal review and respond within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting aplado's internal process, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through its designated consumer complaint channels. aplado is obligated to cooperate with any PAGCOR investigation.

All disputes must be submitted in good faith with accurate and complete supporting information. Fraudulent or malicious dispute submissions constitute a breach of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. For regulatory matters, PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the licensing and supervisory authority takes precedence in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law, including Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended and all relevant PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
